About Columbia Care

Columbia Care is not a health insurance plan. It provides you a direct connection with a Columbia Primary care physician of your choice that will provide primary care medical services to you when you need them.

If you do not have health insurance or have questions about health care access in general, please call Health for All (in Spokane 444-3066, Toll-Free 866-444-3066). Health for All will help you find the option that best fits your needs. If you have received a personal ID Code from Health for All, click on the left box below to enroll.
